It is a hummingbird party every day at the cabin lately. There are scads of them! Here are some photos of the ladies from the weekend.

This little bird was around last year, too, but in September. I still don't know if he is just migrating through or is one of our regulars in his winter outfit. Even as I type, he is at the hummingbird feeder on the porch, which is left up all year round ever since a hummingbird needed a nosh in the middle of an ice storm one year.
