Buffalo cow, that is. Apparently these are the new neighbors down the road!! I fervently hope they're there to live and not there for sport hunting or as a food crop. They are absolutely HUGE. I think one of these is taller at the shoulder than I am tall.

It is disgusting. There's another ranch nearby that had zebras. I was so excited, then the zebras disappeared and there were gnus. I haven't seen them for a while now, either. I make assumptions.
But I have hopes that this place might be owned by a guy who supports elephant sanctuaries, and if so, he wouldn't kill buffalo, right?
